WHAT IS CONCILIATION?

con·cil·i·a·tion: the action of mediating between two disputing people or groups. The goal of Christian conciliation is not only to mediate, but also to bring about reconciliation. When the Apostle Paul writes to a struggling church in Corinth he writes,  "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!  All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting people’s sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation. We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us." (2 Cor. 5:17-20)

Our goal at Pathway is to live out the ministry of reconciliation. First, to be reconciled to God and second, to be reconciled to one another. There are times though when assistance is needed to help us achieve those goals. We would love to help you discover the freedom that comes when we truly are reconciled to God and to others.
