CHURCH CONCILIATION
When Church conflict occurs, it has the ability either to divide a community or to glorify God. How we manage our conflict is a powerful testimony to the people in our churches and to the people in our communities of the reconciliation power that Jesus demonstrated for us at the cross. Pathway is committed to helping churches move from conflict to peace through Christian mediation.
“Therefore, if you are offering your gift at the altar and there remember that your brother or sister has something against you, leave your gift there in front of the altar. First go and be reconciled to them; then come and offer your gift."
FAMILY AND MARRIAGE CONCILIATION
Every family will experience conflict. Sometimes that conflict can carry on for many years without ever being addressed. At Pathway we help families to work through conflict and the hurt it causes to find peace and reconciliation through the gospel.

ORGANIZATIONAL CONCILIATION
When conflicts arise within an organization or business the complexities and the size of the conflict can be overwhelming. A Pathway conciliator will walk with each of the parties involved through the various layers of the conflict to come to a mutual and workable agreement, avoiding the excessive costs and time associated with litigation.

CONFLICT COACHING
Addressing conflict on our own can often be a scary and confusing process. At Pathway we are committed to providing you with individualized coaching to help you approach and manage your conflict with grace and strength. Our coaches will walk alongside you each step of the way, encouraging and equipping you towards your goal of reconciliation and restored relationships.
